Judicial Partition of Inheritance involving Heirs without Legal Capacity

Various clients engaged our services to provide advice in arranging the hereditary partition of various inheritances in which there were interested minors or those without legal capacity who were named as heirs, whose guardianship held various joint heirs.

In order to address the issue of conflict of interests, the appointment of the judicial defender was facilitated, a position that was occupied by one of the lawyers of the office, who was additionally seeking a one-off judicial approval of the partition.

Together, they negotiated the process of the appointment of the judicial defender and the approval of the hereditary partition, thereby approving the steps and registering without incidences the transfer of real estate.
