Ontier Italia's Luca Pardo and Marco Reale advise BuildBull S.r.l., an ambitious player in the crowdfunding services space, with the authorisation process before CONSOB and the Bank of Italy.
Together they successfully obtained one of the initial authorisations in Italy to offer crowdfunding services for businesses, following the guidelines outlined in Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 (ECSP Regulation). Our team also included Erika Stanca, who focused on data protection, and Giulia Martino, who handled intellectual property matters for BuildBull.
To ensure a robust risk management and internal control system was in place, BuildBull also received assistance from Deloitte Risk Advisory. The Deloitte team, led by Davide Secci and Alessandro Iorio, provided invaluable support in this area.
