A few weeks ago Joaquín Muñoz, Head of IT&IP at ONTIER Spain, joined the II eHealth National Congress on digital trends and innovation within the healthcare sector. The event was held in the Nurses Association of Madrid and had over 70 speakers and panelists specialised in the sector.
One of the topics addressed by Muñoz was doctor's online reputation, an especially relevant fact in today's social world where patients post their reviews straight in social media, blogs and webs, something that plays a key role in doctors' online reputation.
Muñoz shared two tips for facing bad reviews: on the one hand, he suggested to request the removal of said comment and, on the other hand, he recommended getting legal aid. The speakers highlighted the importance of a proper communication strategy encouraging positive reviews and constructing a solid professional reputation.
