ONTIER's Tax Department in Oviedo has held the session 'Investment in Latin America. The key role played by the Peruvian market: legislation, agreements and taxation,' in cooperation with Cluster Tic. Cluster Tic is an organization bringing together technology companies in the Principality of Asturias, and seeks to improve the competitiveness of the Information and Communication Technologies sector within the Principality of Asturias while developing solutions to increase productivity and business efficiency in the region.
During a breakfast conference session, attendees were informed about the different implementation models available in the country. They talked about the current situation of the country, how the ICT sector and taxation are linked to the provision of services via consortium, EP or subsidiaries in the country, among other things.
The session was aimed at a series of companies with open tenders for various services (water, cartography, etc.) in Peru.
To get ready for the session, the Oviedo Tax Department was assisted by our colleagues in Peru. Darío Jiménez, Country Manager in the country, joined the session via videoconference to talk to the attendees and introduce them to ONTIER Peru.
