Juan Casanueva Pérez-Llantada

Juan Casanueva Pérez-Llantada obtained a Degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1985. In 1986 he joined Bufete Ramón Hermosilla and was named Partner in 2002. Presently he is a Partner at ONTIER Spain, where he applies his experience to Criminal Law, particularly offences related to business activities, white-collar and corporate crime. He has represented important clients in these areas, both as prosecutor and defence, in various publicly known proceedings. Since 2007 he combines his legal practice with a teaching career in the University Masters in Company Law, Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).
