Pedro Rodero

Pedro Rodero Rodríguez completed a Degree in Law at Universidad Complutense in 1994 and a Master in Corporate Legal Counsel at IE Law School (1995). He also obtained a Degree in European Community Law at Universidad Complutense (1994). In 2011, Pedro completed a Management Program at IESE Business School.
Pedro joined ONTIER in 2006 after working for the U.S. law firm Baker & McKenzie (1995-1999) and the British law firm Clifford Chance (1999-2006). His career has focused on litigation, national and international arbitration and commercial law. Pedro has participated in many conferences and has collaborated in the publication of many books and articles, including: “Reforma Concursal. Dossier práctico. Francis Lefebvre” , “Memento Concursal. Francis Lefebvre de los años 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015” , “Responsabilidad de las aseguradoras por deudas de sus agentes” , “ Las novedades de la Ley de medidas de reforma del sistema financiero en materia de seguros y planes y fondos de pensiones” and “El presupuesto de la voluntad de sumisión en el arbitraje de trasportes. Revista del Club Español de Arbitraje”.
Since 1996 he has combined his practice as a lawyer with a teaching career at Instituto de Empresa and San Pablo CEU University, where he lectures in procedural and commercial law.
