The Firm Founding Partner, Ramón Hermosilla Martín, began his professional career at the law firm of Alfonso García Valdecasas and José María Ruiz Gallardón, at the same time as his teaching career as an assistant professor in the Civil Law Chair held by Alfonso García Valdecasas. Since the Firm was founded, Ramón Hermosilla Martín has participated in many relevant matters related to Spain´s economy and law, covering all fields. He is the head lawyer of the Legal Department of the Madrid Doctors´ Association. He is the author of several legal publications, including 'La lucha por el control de las grandes sociedades (Estrategias anti-OPA)' - 1992 y 'Los delitos societarios en el código penal de 1995' - 1996 ,as well as social and political works such as “El progresismo conservador” – 1982 y “Las Constantes Conservadoras” – 1979. Ramón Hermosilla Martín has also participated in many conferences, subsequently published, such as 'La alternativa entre la responsabilidad y el riesgo' -1979.
