Law degree at the University of Oviedo (1982-1987). Doctor in Law at the University of Oviedo (1999), summa cum laude. Corresponding Member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence of Asturias. Accredited by ANECA in order to teaching as Doctor Professor and Professor of Private University. In practice since 1988, specialist in Corporate Law. He joined ONTIER Spain - Oviedo´s office - in January 2010. Professor and lecturer in numerous postgraduate courses; umpire and member of a jury in national and international legal competitions. Member of numerous national and international projects of Corporate research. He has received eleven national awards in legal research.
