With a Degree in Law from Universidad de La Coruña, Jorge also obtained an LL.M from Instituto de Empresa. Moreover, he finished a course of Communication in Business from Harvard University (Boston, USA) and he belongs to the Bar Association of Madrid (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid).
In 2009, he began his professional career in the Legal Department of N+1, giving legal support to all group companies, both domestic and international, and advising on multiple corporate transactions of the firm. In 2012, he joined Bufete Barrilero y Asociados, specializing in corporate law, corporate restructurings and acquisition and sale of companies.
Jorge joined the Firm in late 2013, being part of its corporate law department, from which he advises companies and individuals on commercial and civil contracts, corporate transactions and corporate law.
