With a Degree in Law from Universidad de Oviedo and a Masters in Legal Counseling from the Instituto de Empresa, Mr. Juan began his professional career as a lawyer in Marti Mingarro Abogados, Madrid. He acted as a freelance lawyer before joining the Firm in 2002.
Mr. Juan Barthe´s processional activity covers, litigation, banking and financial law and intellectual property. Since 2011 he is a member of the Oviedo Law Faculty Quality Committee and collaborates in the practicum program than the Univesity provides in collaboration with the Firm. He participates also in Corporate Social Responsibility programs for the Firm.
