José Luis Cabello Contreras

Degree in Law and Diploma in Business Studies (E1) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid (ICADE) in 2007, and Executive Master in Business Law organized by the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in collaboration with Harvard Law School (2010).
In November 2015 he joined the Litigation and Arbitration Department of ONTIER Spain where he provides advice to national and international clients in all types of civil and commercial litigation.
Before joining ONTIER, he worked for 7 years (2008-2015) as an expert in civil and commercial litigation in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of the law firm GARRIGUES.
José Luis has taken on the defence and legal direction of a wide range of proceedings before the Spanish courts, in defence of the interests of clients of various profiles such as public companies at the highest regional and local level, companies dedicated to real estate development and construction, leading companies in the sector of capital goods manufacturers and suppliers of products to large electricity companies, as well as private clients and companies with various corporate purposes. Likewise, its scope of professional activity includes pre-litigation advice and the resolution of conflicts in the judicial and extrajudicial phases.
He has participated as a speaker in conferences analysing issues related to contractual security and the management of conflicts and disputes.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association with number 83.960.
He speaks Spanish and English.
