Lucía González Fernández

She has a degree in Law from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a Master's Degree in Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). She has complemented her studies with Communication in Business courses by Harvard University (Boston, MA) and Private International Law by The Hague Academy of International Law (The Hague, The Netherlands).
In 2009 she began her professional career in the Legal Department of the Gestamp Group, which she continued at Cobra, an industrial subsidiary of the ACS Group. In 2014 she joined the Commercial Law Department of BDO Abogados, where she has provided legal advice to national and international companies, especially in contracting, corporate restructuring and company acquisitions; she has also collaborated with the Real Estate Law Department.
Lucía joined Ontier in 2017, forming part of the Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions department. Her practice and professional experience focuses on Commercial and Contractual Law. She also has extensive experience in legal advice in the energy sector, construction and national and international bidding processes.
As part of her teaching experience, she has been a collaborating professor at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) and the Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
