Pelayo has a Degree in Law by University of Oviedo. He has completed his education with a Master of the School of Legal Practice of the Principado de Asturias.
He is a member of the Oviedo Bar Association from 1997.
He joined RHGR-ONTIER on 2001. His professional practice and experience is focused in Corporate/Commercial Law, M&A, Financing, advising to Spanish and foreign companies in national and international projects in all the above-mentioned areas.
In his teaching experience, Pelayo has given classes in the MBA in Legal Advising of Company in “La Fundación Escuela de Negocios de Asturias” (FENA Business School) in the module "Incorporation of Companies”.
