Victoria graduated in Law at the University of Santiago de Compostela. She completed her training with the Master's Degree in Access to Law at the University of Oviedo.
She began her professional career in a law firm in Oviedo with the completion of her Master's Degree in Access and, a posteriori, obtained a grant for work experience in companies from Banco Santander.
Victoria joined ONTIER in 2018 in the Department of Public Law and Urban Planning.
At present, she combines her professional practice with the development of her doctoral thesis.
She speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
