Paloma Hurtado Estrada has a Degree in Law and European Union Studies in Madrid, 2013, at San Pablo CEU University. She holds a double master L.L.M in law and Spanish Advocy Studies, by IE Business School, 2014.
She joined Dentons in 2014, working on the Antitrust and Corporate Departments.
In ONTIER, her professional experience and practice as lawyer has focused on Antitrust and Corporate Law, particularly, in mergers and acquisitions.
She has provided legal advice in national and cross-border complex, M&A transactions. Likewise, she has assited several national and international companies, investment funds and private equity, in all kind of sectors, particularly Energy.
She concentrates on merger control (both Spanish and multi-j), horizontal and vertical agreements, cartels and all kind of colusive behaviour between companies, including abusive practices, compliance trainings, dawn raids, investigations and infringement proceedings before the National Competition Authority (CNMC) and antitrust litigation.
Paloma is member of Madrid Bar Association and of the Spanish Competition Association (AEDC).
