He has more than 15 years providing specialized legal advice in the state public sector, assuming the representation and defense in court of the State, with experience in all jurisdictional orders and assuming the coordination of legal assistance agreements with entities such as the RTVE Corporation, Paradores de Turismo or Lotería y Apuestas del Estado.
He has held positions in the State Attorney's Office in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and before the Central Contentious-Administrative Courts.
He has been the State Lawyer - Head of the Regional Legal Service of the State Agency of Tax Administration in Extremadura.
He has directed the Social Department of the State Attorney General's Office-Directorate of the State Legal Service.
During the years prior to his incorporation to ONTIER, he has worked in the public corporate sector: first, as Sole Administrator of COFIVACASA (SEPI Group), a period in which he chaired the Liquidation Commission of IZAR and acted as representative, among others, of the liquidator of RUMASA or DEFEX; subsequently Secretary General and of the Board and Director of Legal Affairs of the Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI), a period in which he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of HISPASAT, SA and of the Board of Trustees of the Fundación de Trabajadores de la Siderurgia Integral. He is also Secretary of the Management Board of the Solvency Support Fund for Strategic Enterprises.
