Degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2017), Erasmus Programme at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2017) and Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2018).
Paula joins Ontier as a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration Department in 2022, after having developed her professional career since 2018 at the law firm PÉREZ-LLORCA.
She has extensive experience advising both national and international clients in all types of private litigation in civil and commercial matters, as well as in pre-litigation disputes, prior to the commencement of legal proceedings. She has advised companies from a wide range of sectors (such as construction, tourism, energy, telecommunications or entertainment, among others) in disputes relating mainly to obligations and contracts and corporate disputes.
Paula has also assumed the legal direction in arbitration, participating in commercial arbitrations before the International Court of the International Chamber of Commerce and before the Madrid Court of Arbitration, before which she has also assumed the position of secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal. In 2021, she completed the training course for arbitrators given by the Arbitration School of the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Bar Association.
Her professional experience also includes handling insolvency proceedings, especially in insolvency proceedings.
Paula is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
