Natalia holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3), completing her academic background at the University of Nijmegen (The Netherlands) and at the University of Marquette (USA), where she obtained a special mention for academic excellence. In addition, Natalia prepared the state exams for access to Notary from 2008 to 2013.
After ten years working in the Real Estate law department of major national and international firms, Natalia has advised clients of different profiles in all types of Real Estate transactions (BTR, transfer of real estate, commercial leases, construction contracts, management contracts, real estate development, surface rights, due diligence management, etc.) in the residential, office, retail, logistics and hotel sectors, but also in other newer sectors such as student residences, data centers or the implementation of renewable energy plants.
Natalia is also a regular speaker at specialized conferences and training courses, recently participating as a speaker at the Legal Clinic of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid on Leases and Subleases (2021) and as a lecturer at the Real Estate Law course of the School of Legal Practice of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2021 and 2022).
The international rankings Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, in its 2021 and 2022 editions, have highlighted Natalia in the Rising Star and Associate to Watch, respectively.
