Antón Zamorano Boedo

Antón holds a degree in Law and a Diploma in Business Law (E-1) from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE, and completed his training with the LLM in American Law Practice, taught by the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and with the Double Master in Law and Corporate Legal Consultancy taught by IE Law School.
He began his professional career at Squire Patton Boggs, in the Real Estate and Banking & Finance departments in the Madrid offices of the firm. He then joined the Banking & Finance department of PwC Legal, from where he joined ONTIER in 2022.
His professional practice focuses on banking and finance law, where he advises on various financing and financial restructuring transactions, including corporate and real estate project finance, as well as on debt portfolio sale and purchase transactions and assignment of receivables (NPLs and REOs).
Member of the Madrid Bar Association.
He speaks Spanish and English.
