María Jesús Toraño Paunero graduated in Law from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid in 1987.
In 1988 she obtained a Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy at University Comillas ICADE, in 2003 a Master's Degree in Procedural-Labor Law at Centro Universitario Villanueva and courses in Labor Law at the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM) in 2004, 2006 and 2010 and courses in Labor Law and Social Security at the Centro de Estudios Financieros de Madrid (CEF) in 2012, 2014 and 2018.
His professional experience has been developed in the field of labor law and labor relations mainly, advising companies in labor law matters SMEs, large companies and workers, on individual and collective hiring, remuneration policies, substantial changes in working conditions, geographical mobility, collective bargaining agreements, harassment, sanctions, dismissals, termination of contracts, negotiation of ERTE, ERE and legal defense in administrative bodies (labor inspections and SMAC) and in the courts of the social jurisdictional order.
She joined ONTIER in 2022 as a senior lawyer in the area of labor law from MA Abogados.
