Graduated in Law from the University of Oviedo, Daniel has a master's degree in Law from the University of Oviedo, an LLM from IE Law School (IE University) and a third in Sports Law and management from ISDE Law School.
Daniel has seven years of professional experience in different positions of responsibility. In 2021 he was awarded as one of the best 50 lawyers under 35 years of age in Spain and Portugal by Iberian Lawyer, he is a member of the International Bar Association and the International Technology Law Association since 2018, and of the National Institute of Venture Capital since 2021.
He is the author of several doctrinal works related to the mercantile specialty, collaborator of different media and has been used as a specialist in multiple congresses and national and international training events.
Daniel joined ONTIER in 2022 as a lawyer in the areas of Intellectual Property, TMT, Sports & Entertainment & Startups.
