Mariana Lloveras

Mariana holds a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF). She completed her training with an LLM in Legal and Tax from IE Law School. She has also complemented her studies in the renewable energy sector with the Executive Programme in Renewable Energy Law at the University of Navarra (UNAV).
In 2017 she started her professional career in the Corporate Law department of PwC, where she provided legal advice to national and international companies in corporate restructuring, M&A, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
In 2022, Mariana joined Ontier as a lawyer in the Energy department where she has provided specialised legal advice to both national and international companies in M&A transactions, investment and divestment agreements, collaboration agreements, as well as contractual and corporate advice. In addition, she has participated in advising on energy purchase and sale agreements and co-development agreements for energy projects.
Mariana is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
She is fluent in Spanish, French and English
