Senior Lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of ONTIER Spain. She graduated in Law and Journalism from CEU San Pablo University in Madrid.
Lucía joined Ontier in 2023, after having worked at Pérez-Llorca and other international law firms.
Her professional experience focuses on civil and commercial litigation before Spanish courts, as well as commercial arbitration before the main national (CAM, CEA, CIMA) and international (ICC) courts. She specialises in dispute resolution in cases of particular complexity and amount, in contractual matters (construction and engineering projects, energy, transport, telecommunications, M&A, real estate, product liability) and corporate matters (disputes between partners, challenging corporate agreements, directors' liability).
She has participated in proceedings for the recognition, enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards and has acted as secretary in arbitration proceedings (CAM and CIAM).
She is a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club (CEA-40) and a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
She speaks Spanish, English and French.
