She joins Ontier in June 2022, after having spent most of her professional career at Pérez-Llorca.
Graduated in Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas ICADE (E-1), she completed her training with the Double Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Corporate Legal Consultancy (LL.M) at the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School).
Advising in all types of legal proceedings in civil, commercial and insolvency matters, representing both national and international entities.
Special participation in proceedings for damages claims for infringements of Competition Law (Antitrust Litigation).
Advice and participation in arbitration proceedings before the various national and international arbitration courts, with special emphasis on participation in arbitration before the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM) and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Drafting of legal reports on civil, commercial and insolvency matters.
Participation in due diligence processes, advising from the point of view of procedural risks.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
