Carmen Bascarán Fanego

Carmen Bascarán Fanego holds a BA in Law from the University of Oviedo and a Master's degree in Legal Consultancy from the IE Law School.
With extensive legal and management experience in executive positions within ONTIER, she specialises in Corporate Law in the area of corporate and contracting matters, having been involved in numerous M&A transactions. Between 2014 and 2020, she took over the international management of our London headquarters, leading our international expansion.
In 2020 she was appointed Managing Director of ONTIER, managing the global interests of the firm, with a special focus on digital transformation, as well as on consolidating the international project and especially the leadership of the firm in the LatAm region.
Carmen is a member of the Oviedo Bar Association and is a bilingual in Spanish and English.
