Javier Aurelio Rodríguez Pérez

Javier Aurelio Rodríguez Pérez holds a law degree from the University of Oviedo (1999), having completed the final year of the degree at the University of Sheffield. He also posses a Master in Tax Law by the Center for Fiscal Studies Asturias.
He is currently a partner and head of the department of labor law ONTIER Spain, which he joined in August 1999 and specializes in employment law, having participated in numerous business restructurings, job redundancy of large business groups with extensive experience in legal counselling in all proceedings before the labor courts.
He combines the practice of law with teaching. He has taught since 2011 a Masters´Degree in Corporate Insolvency at Universidad San Pablo-CEU, and he does teaching support in the module Restructuring Labor Issues Advanced Program Bankruptcy and Corporate Law from Instituto de Empresa (IE).
He has also taught for several years classes in different courses and programs of the School of Business of Asturias, he is a rapporteur at the RH Club of the Association for the Advancement of Management (APD) and participates regularly as a speaker at various conferences and seminars relating to labor law.
He co-authored the labor aspects of Chapter Restructuring Bankruptcy of Memento Francis Lefebvre. Spanish Forum Member of "Laboralistas" (FORELAB)
